“Abstract Landscape #26” contrasts a bold natural texture with a series of geometric objects. Long implied shadow forms create a sense of dramatic lighting and three-dimensional space. Small bright accents bring playful focal points. This painting is on a gallery wrapped canvas with finished white edges. It comes ready to hang.

Getting to Know Paul

Born in Massachusetts into a family of architects, designers and artists, Paul Kirley began drawing and painting by age two. From the beginning, he was influenced by his family’s connection to landscapes, buildings and a sense of place. In the fall of 1987 he moved to California to attend the Art Center College of Design. Inspired by architecture and a geometric translation of the natural landscape, he began to develop a signature style of work.
