A couple of months ago I added some new pieces to UGallery. Over the last several years I've created a series of paintings and drawings of female nudes of all sizes, shapes, ages, and races. My idea behind it is that all women are gorgeous - it's what's on the inside that is most important, and if that's radiating confidence and beauty, then the woman herself is beautiful. My paintings show women who feel great about themselves and are movers and shakers in the world. I hope you enjoy the view and will feel moved to bring one of these incredible women into your own home!

notes:

This piece was an experiment in using both oil sticks and pastels in one piece. I used oil sticks for the patterns and pastels for the apples and tomato. Most people don't notice there's a tomato in with the apples, so it's sort of my little joke. It is beautifully framed in a bright red metal frame that perfectly complements the reds used in the painting. Only acid-free materials were used. The matte is white.
