My artwork involves replication in visual and organic modes, how historically visual modes have altered and grown from one another, convergence, micro-macrocosms, bacterial fractals, diversity, and preservation. I use neurotic minimal material to isolate the object at hand. I prefer to incorporate the restrained-white-gallery-walls in the background of my drawings, paintings, and sculptures.
Nature has always been my biggest inspiration and mentor. Animals provide the most honest mentorship that any thing or being could ever offer. Once I became exposed to higher art forms, in the human sense, I had love affairs with the Flemish Masters—Bosch and Breugel—and in contemporary times, Dada and minimalism. I particularly focus on Marcel Duchamp, Hans Arp, Kurt Schwitters, all of the Dadaists, Bruce Nauman, Paul McCarthy, and Kirstin Lewis.
I transcend the didactic, which requires a degree of politicism. There are no extremes, only points on lines, which constitute vicissitudes in the metaphysical and physical realms.
